pals crush is setup the same way as a regular game except
you place 2 extra terrain boards in the middle, for a total of 6 (instead of 4) terrain
boards. Each player gets 2 rows of the middle terrain boards
(the two rows closest to you). If both middle terrain's water spaces end up on
the top 2 rows or the bottom 2 rows (this would cause one player to have
14 extra spaces while the other player would have 16 extra spaces) switch one
of the middle terrains so that you have one water space on the top 2 rows and one on
